Operating procedures for automatic checkweighers
The automatic checkweighers can quickly and accurately detect the weight of products online on automated assembly lines, used to determine whether the product is qualified, whether there are missing components in the packaging, and has a wide range of applications. 1、 Preparation work before power on
Check that all bottom corners of the online automatic checkweigher are uniformly stressed and locked.
Check the gas pressure reducing valve to ensure that its output pressure is between 0.5-0.8Mpa.
Check all surfaces of the automatic checkweigher that come into contact with the material to ensure they are clean, tidy, and free of any adhesive residue.
Check that the outlet of the feeding scale is 0.2-1mm higher than the inlet of the automatic checkweigher, and the outlet of the weighing scale is 0.5-2mm higher than the inlet of the discharge belt.
Ensure that the drop box, non-conforming material collection box, and qualified material collection device are installed in place.
Cover the windproof cover of the weighing unit.
2、 Preparation work before operation
Zero point check
Product selection and weight inspection parameter settings (upper and lower weight values, sorting threshold, belt speed, removal parameters, etc.)
Static weighing accuracy testing and static calibration
Dynamic weighing accuracy testing and dynamic calibration
3、 Duplicate check operation
Enter the main interface of the touch screen, click "Start" to officially start the weight inspection work. If the weighing platform cannot be reset to zero, the weighing scale cannot be started. At this point, ensure that there are no foreign objects on the weighing table, click "reset", and then click "start".
During normal operation, when there is a situation where the light blocking time is too long or the weight of the weighing table continues to be too large, the weighing scale will automatically stop and alarm. The operator will follow the prompts and then click "Start" again.
During normal work, it is necessary to regularly manually check the weight of materials in the non-conforming material warehouse and qualified product collection containers to verify the reliability of the removal action.
